Looking for (pdf?) pfSense Firewall Rules and Network Services Guide

Hi I'm working on following the instructions in a book called, "Building Virtual Machine Labs" by Tony Robinson and in it he calls for configuring my pfSense firewall to the specifics of this document but I haven't been able to find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find, buy or otherwise obtain a copy?
