other than the paid yearly contracts with netgate?

I did see that Community Jobs subforum but it's very quiet and nobody seems to have actually posted anything on there to suggest any successes.

      (I'm in the UK)

Well, there are these forums, where a lot of people can provide advice.

PfSense running on Qotom mini PC
i5 CPU, 4 GB memory, 32 GB SSD & 4 Intel Gb Ethernet ports.
        UniFi AC-Lite access point

        I haven't lost my mind. It's around here...somewhere...

          …

Note : the paid support from Netgate gives you access to the book.

No "help me" PM's please. Use the forum, the community will thank you.
Edit : and where are the logs ??

Some people on these forums are UK based,  I’ve had answers to UK specific issues.  It depends on what it is you need in terms of support, Netgate’s support is 24x7 now IIRC.
