Setup VideoCache in Squid PFSense 2.1.5 not working

Hello There,

I am trying to setup videocache in squid however when I run this command "pkg_add -r python" I received the error below:

"Error: Unable to get ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/amd64/packages-8.3-release/Latest/python.tbz: File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no access)"

Could someone tell me does they move python package in different path ? how do i fix this ?.
