      I have a failed power supply on an SG-2440 due to a flood. I ordered a 9v power supply from Amazon but it does not fit the box – the inner hole is too small. What power supply do I need for this box?

        You need a 12V supply not 9V.

        IIRC it's 12VDC via 2.5mm coaxial plug.
