From 2.3.4p1 to 2.4.1 doesnt't update
-
I cannot update my pfsense. On dashboard i allways get is on the "The system is on the lastest version".
I have installed nonofficial wpad package. I don't know if this is the issue.Any help is welcome.
Thanks. -
Remove the package, reboot and try it again?

Any resolution to this? I have the same thing.

I think I may have fixed it…. it's rebooting so I hope so. I found this in another thread:
in a shell:
rm /usr/local/etc/pkg/repos/pfSense.conf
ln -s /usr/local/share/pfSense/pkg/repos/pfSense-repo.conf /usr/local/etc/pkg/repos/pfSense.confpkg update -f
Then tried a 13 in the console menu, and it recognized that there was an update.
crossing my fingers that it boots.

it booted, now on 2.3.6-Development
but it doesn't recognize that there's a newer version of the stable out there. I have other pfSense FWs that are on 2.4.1.
Anyone know how to get it to recognize a new stable version?

@jarmentrout@kidsrsu.org:

There is nothing newer then that version - if you use the 32 bit version.
