How do I force connection from client on LAN to server on WAN to use specific Virtual IP instead of FW's IP?

What do you mean?  What are you trying to do, and what happens when you do it?

I need traffic to specific server (on WAN) to go out using specific Virtual IP address so that it will also return to the same external IP on FW.

More information about your networks, VIPs, NATs etc would be useful.

Is an outbound NAT rule what you're looking for?

              I think that's it.

I'm trying connect two mysql servers from 10.10.108.0/24 network to external "master" DB server on WAN (79.134.108.134).
Problem being that since our pfSense uses Carp for fault tolerance the packets tend not to use inbound NAT rules or reserved Virtual IP's when returning.

Any examples how to go about creating such a rule?

Gah!  Sorry, I don't have any experience with outbound NAT rules in conjunction with a CARP config.
