Same IP group in multiple categories blacklist in squidguard (help)

Hello
I am new in pfSense.
I have done 2 target categories (social sites & job sites)
User(A) group will get only social access, user(B) group will get only job access.
In user(A) group one ip will get both sites access. So i create that ip in another group & allows both categories.
But its no working.
Please help me about this issue.

How exactly is it not working? 'Not working' doesn't tell us much. Error message? Timeout? Only half the webpage loads?…

thanks for ur support.im telling details.
for example…
X ip group will get only youtube
Y ip group will get only facebook
Z ip group will get only jobs sites
and
some ip in X group will get facebook
some ip in y group will get youtube
some ip in z group will get facebook & youtube both############
example172.16.19.4 172.16.19.1 172.16.12.19 172.16.9.24 172.16.10.2 172.16.7.4 172.16.8.4 will get facebook access
172.16.8.10 172.16.8.14 172.16.8.6 172.16.8.4 will get jobs access
the 172.16.8.4 will get both access.
what should be the rules?so confusing. :( sorry
