Is anyone having any issues with throughput on 2.1 series with the em driver? I have a box with 4 82574L NIC's in it and I am.

I can plug any other device (laptop, desktop, server, etc) into this connection from our ISP and do about 37/37. I plug in the pfSense box and I can not get higher than 37 down 3-5 up.

The board is a X9SCL+-F (SuperMicro) + a PCI-E NIC. I can move WAN from the PCI-E NIC to onboard with same issue.

I have a box with those NICs and have never seen a throughput issue. Also that's a very common NIC so any underlying issues would be found quickly. I don't think this is a NIC specific issue.
Since moving the WAN has no effect have you tried moving the LAN?
With that level of throttling I would be looking for a duplex mis-match. Check the Status: Interfaces: page for errors or collisions.

Turned out all 3 patch cables I had were bad that I tried for the LAN. Thanks!
