I am having issues sending email.
For some reason email stops working. I can't ping email server, and it happens often during the day. It is almost like some kind of blackout that last for 5-10 min.
Then email starts working again and the whole process repeats. I don't have problem accessing email server from other networks so issue is definitely in my pfSense setup.
Disabling pfblocker doesn't help and adding email domain to the whitelist didn't change anything either.
I run Wireshark while I was having email issues (results are attached) and I was hopping if someone could help me to understand what issue might be.
      Thank you in advance.

Where is the mail server?  On your LAN?  Elsewhere?  If elsewhere, can you ping other servers, such as www.yahoo.com?

We need a bit more info to help you.

PfSense running on Qotom mini PC
i5 CPU, 4 GB memory, 32 GB SSD & 4 Intel Gb Ethernet ports.
        UniFi AC-Lite access point

        I haven't lost my mind. It's around here...somewhere...

Email server is located outside LAN at mint3.noc401.com

I can ping any other web site, and LAN computers. If you need any other information please let me know.

I just ping mint3.noc401.com from my work and some requests timed out.
Would someone be kind to do the same and let me know if ping works for them.
I opened ticked with hosting company and I'll need to prove that issue is at their end.

If you can ping other sites, but not the email server, the problem is likely with that server.  However, they may have pings blocked.
