I am using version 2.4.3 and I am trying to have my mail server Outbound NAT have the correct WAN IP (have 5 usable IP). When traffic goes out it sees the traffic as the router IP.

I tried doing an outbound NAT rule, but it always stays grey. I tried Automatic, Hybrid and Manual with all the same results.

You have defined a rule in hybrid mode then set it back to auto mode. Set it back to hybrid if you wish that rule to be active.

If it still does not work, post again.

What are you trying to accomplish?

        What is port smtps_out? 465?

Thanks, did not know you could change the rule after. I was clicking the type of rule then pressing add. Did not know I had to create the rule and then hit hybrid and hit save.

          Thanks a lot… :)

Most people enter Hybrid mode then create the rule and just leave it in Hybrid mode.
