      Greetings,

My SG-4860's have been working perfectly up till today and that was after the 2.4.0 update.

Initial update attempt stated that it failed.  Tried again and it went through the entire update install ending in 'Success'.  It rebooted, as expected, but the 2 LED's stay red and eventually the unit powers off.  Hooked the console cable up to it but the screen never changes.

This is a designated backup unit in a CARP setup.  No major packages installed.

      Thoughts?

Thanks ahead of time for your help

      Dino

          Done.

Question: does the serial number on the unit give an indication as to when it was built?  Possibly the first six numbers are yymmdd?

            Hi
I've the same issue with my 2015 bought RCC-VE 4860. It just stopped working, no Console output and the LED stays red.

It was running the latest stable pfense 2.4.3-RELEASE-p1.

Any help to bring it back to life appreciated.

            Pierre
