Pfsense Fatal error Call to undefined function xml parser_create in /etc/inc.inc

Hi, i just tried to do a new install using the memstick on a usb-key.
after install and first boot. what ever option i choose i get
pfsense Fatal error Call to undefined function xmlparser_create in /etc/inc.inc on line 169

Ideas how to solve this?

There is no such file /etc/inc.inc
What pfSense distribution are you using?
Please check the error message you posted - it must be some other file.
