On boot, stuck "Starting DNs Resolver"

Hello,

Yesterday, everything was functional, but this morning, I turn on my firewall and it stops at the line "Setting up DNS .. Starting DNS resolver"

When I write on the command line

/etc/Resolv.conf = OK
I can ping google ...

I can't access with the web interface...

Anything special in your unbound config? Assuming you're running unbound.
