    Pfsense 2.2rc only recognizing one nic?

      So I have two HP NC364T pci e network adapters and pfsense recognized only one card as when configuring the interfaces only 4 appeared instead of 8 (two network cards, 4 ports each so 8 should show up). I haven't tried moving it to another pci slot but that would mean putting it in a different pci slot, where as now they are in the same kind of pci slots. Oddly enough if I go into pfsense Web configuration I can add 5 interfaces, which means that it has to be recognizing one from the other card?

          Check the boot logs for errors. Which NICs are showing up there as recognised?
          Try running 'pciconf -lv' at the command line, what NICs are shown there?

            no need for this actually, I switched the cards around in different slots and it recognizes both for now. Odd lol but that fixed it. Thank you for your support though.
