basic bandwidth tools?

New user here.. I want to gather data to see how much bandwidth I'm using on my network. What are some data tools that I can watch the WAN with??

NP.. To be honest I wouldn't follow a link a user under 100 posts links too ;) Let a lone a 1 post wonder.. ptt on the hand is well over the 2k mark ;)
