SG-4860 dead after update from web UI
-
I've had my unit 7 months without issue (purchased from Netgate directly) for my home office.
I was having some strange behavior with my Android 8 devices getting 10.0.x.x IPs instead of 192.168.1.x, so I logged into the netgate to see what was up and noticed it needed an upgrade. Figure I'd start there. (I've done one successful update shortly after getting the device without any issues.)
Ran update from the web interface and everything seemed to install just fine. But it never came back from the post-install reboot.
Reset button doesn't seem to do anything.
It restarts with red lights, then the Status light stays green and the SATA light is off.
Hooking up a terminal, I can get to the BIOS boot menu, but after that... nothing.

Terminal is set to 115200, etc as per docs.
What's the best way to proceed? I've searched the forums, but without much luck.
Thanks in advance!

Oh, I forgot. I found the BIOS images at https://firmware.netgate.com/bios/ But not 100% sure which is the correct one and/or if trying to update the BIOS is a bad idea without getting the system to fully boot.
