2 VDSL2 uneual speed WAN and 2 LAN

We have 2 VDSL2 WAN connections one is 90/37 Mbps and the other 50/20 Mbps. We have 2 LANs one an Corporate network that needs higher speeds and the other a guest network.

How should I implement this ?

Load Balancing and somehow limit the Guest network speed to 50/20 Mbps or somehow direct traffic from Corporate to the 90/37 connection and the Guest to the 50/20

Also have a site to site OpenVPN connection for NAS to NAS replication and don't want it limited to 20 Mbps rather than 37 Mbps.
