Squid + Logmein Resolution
-
We installed Squid/Squidguard which stopped Logmein from functioning. Searching these forums and Google provided no resolution, unfortunately. After hammering away for an hour or so we have what appears to be a solution. Since I found quite a few posts scattered around with others having this problem I thought I'd post what is working for us, especially since it's pretty simple.
Navigate to Services -> Proxy Server
Type/Paste "74.201.74.1/24;216.52.233.1/24;69.25.20.1/24;77.242.192.1/24;212.118.234.1/24;64.74.103.1/24;64.94.46.1/24;63.251.34.1/24;64.94.18.1/24" (without quotes) in the "Bypass proxy for these source IPs" field AND in the "Bypass proxy for these destination IPs" field.Save and reload. I'm not 100% positive it will fix all issues with it but it's been running a few hours now without any problems. I hope this helps someone else out there.
Edit 2/13/2017: In case someone else comes along, today we realized we needed to add 64.94.18.1/24. I added it to the list above. I realize that these ranges are larger than are actually needed but since I don't know the actual subnets, it is necessary to make sure I don't miss anything.
