      Hey Everyone,

I am using pfsense 2.1.5 on a pc router with one lan and 1 wan, on a 50/10 connection.

I have followed the wizard and created an hfsc set of queues. I have also created a firewall rule to keep all sabnzbd traffic on port 563 on a low priority queue. This is working

I have also assigned all http traffic to fall on a high priority queue, this is also working.

What is not working is when I start a sab download.. it consumes the full 50 mbit  download speed, and does not slow down to allow other traffic, even if I start an http download. Shouldnt it give up some bandwidth when an http download begins?
