SG-3100 Setting up VLAN
-
I'm a complete newbie to this and would really be thankful for some help.
I have a SG-3100 that is currently online and working but I just did the default wizard set up. I have two unmanaged switches that I want to run seperate LANs on. I would like Port 1 on the SG-3100 to be 192.168.10.1/24 and Port 2 to be 192.168.20.1/24.
For now I want them to be completely separate and not able to see each other. I will change that for certain devices once I get this part working but I'm just trying to do one step at a time.
I've tried to do it on my own but ended up needing to use the console and resetting to factory defaults because I messed something up. Now I'm humbly asking for help...

Have you read the switch overview for the 3100 quick start guide? It's here:

Configuring a switch from a port on that switch (any switch) always has the possibility to lock you out, etc, if you are not very careful.
I would at least temporarily enable, number, and add a firewall rule for the OPT port, connect a laptop there, and configure the switch. That way you won't lock yourself out.
