Floating rules low packet matching

Hi..
I've been experimenting with traffic shaping rules on voip traffic
The wizard has created qvoip and when voip calls are present I can see traffic in status/queues as expected.
If I disable floating rules, then traffic doesn't get to the proper queue.
However in rules, floating I never see states, and traffic seems to log only the first packet.
This is not the case in other firewall rules.
Is this something to be expected?
