No Internet on Wan 2 with Multiwan setup

I have setup Multi Wan as follows

1. Assign Wan2 Interface with Static IP
2. Added DNS 8.8.8.8 for Wan 1 and 208.67.222.222 for Wan 2.
   3 Created gateways GW1 and GW2 with monitor i.p of both 8.8.8.8 and 208.67.222.222.
3. Created gateway groups for balancing, GW1 down, and GW2 down
4. Made firewall rules with gateways in advance setting.
5. Gateway status showing online.

Still Internet in not working on Wan 2.

1. what I am missing.
2. Do I have to set the DNS forwarder.
