    open-vm-tools somehow broken after upgrade 2.3->2.4

      I've recently upgraded from 2.3.2 to the latest (2.4.3p1). The package Open-VM-tools is still showing but not working (isn't detected by vSphere). Successfully tried on several VMs.

      Fixed itself magically after uninstall/reinstall.
