Throttle videos pfsense

Hello guys,

I´m having troubles to throttle the videos. I´ve tried to use throttle extension .sfw,.flv in traffic mgnt tab proxy server configuration. And nothing happened. Can anyone help me please.

.sfw,.flv  extensions would only throttle loading the video players, but not the video stream. I wonder if you can throttle videos without just throttling sites.
