In my opinion, the best vpn for torrenting is IPVanish. Besides having cool extras, like a kill switch, it's extremely fast. I almost don't notice speed loss. And the majority of the VPNs naturally reduce it. Anyway, you can read a good IPVanish review to have more info. In your research just make sure that you choose a VPN that doesn't keep any logs, not even temporary logs. Also, the kill switch is a must have. Cheers!

I also vouch for IPVanish, been using it for couple months connections sometimes drop but important for torrenting they keep no logs (at least they say so) and speed is okay. You can read some reviews about them here spam or this site spam they give them good score..

From what I understand, most VPN review sites are bogus astroturfers.

If what you want to do is p2p, why not just run a seedbox in some country other than yours that doesn't frown up such activities..  Speed are going to be way better than your ever going to do with some vpn connection.  And you don't hurt your pipe for other things while your doing it as well ;)

I use proxy.sh. Not the fastest out there, but I like their policies

                    Hello,

if you consider getting creating your own VPN or choosing a commercial VPN i invite you to check carefully which protocol you will use.

I do not recommend PPTP or L2TP but only use a well configured open vpn connection

TorrentFreak posts a review every year and it's pretty solid, IMO. Here is a link: https://torrentfreak.com/vpn-services-anonymous-review-2017-170304/. I use mullvad and I'm very happy with it.
