Survey of ISP support for Dual-Stack IPv4/IPv6 Networking

I'm having a discussion with my ISP about their support for IPv6. They support native dual-stack IPv4/IPv6 networking, but with some limitations.
First, they support DHCP-PD only. They do not support IA_NA or IA_NT. They provide a /56 prefix (only). It's possible to concurrently have multiple prefixes delegated. I have three. I've never tried more.
Second, the prefix is not static, although they will "attempt" to provide the same prefix if the DUID is not changed. In my experience, this works.
Third, they will only allocate one prefix per MAC. If a prefix has been delegated for a MAC, they will not delegate another prefix until the lease expires. This seems to be non-standard.
Fourth, the edge router will not respond to an RS until the DHCP solicit has been responded to. This seems to be non-standard.
If you connect a PC directly to the bridged modem port, it will not get an IPv6 address, due to the above restrictions.
I'm interested to know what support for IPV6 is provided by other ISPs.
Does your ISP support static prefixes?
Does your ISP support IA_NA or IA-NT?
Does your ISP use the conventional RS/RA before DHCP solicit or the other way around?
For those of you who have static addresses, do you also have a dedicated prefix, or are the addresses in the prefix allocated to other subscribers?
If you connect a PC directly to the network, does it get an address?

Did you mean IA_TA?
My current ISP does not have any ipv6 support (wide open west).. I run an HE tunnel for all my ipv6 connectivity. Have a /48 with them.

My ISP provides up to a /56, depending on what the customer's router requests. They also provide DHCP-PD to residential/small business customers, but support static assignments to larger businesses. I expect they'd assign only one prefix to a MAC, just as they assign only 1 IPv4 address to a MAC. Not assigning a new prefix before the old expires seems to be an advantage for me. With pfSense my prefix would change for something as simple as momentarily disconnecting the WAN cable. This was later fixed with a setting in pfSense.
