Can 1.2 Limit every IP's speed?

Now I use M0N0Wall as router,I can Limit every IP' speed thought Traffic shaper;
and I want use Pfsense 1.2 to do the same thing,Can It do as well as M0N0?

Not doable in 1.2. pfSense uses a completely different shaper. Might/should be possible in 1.3.
