OK, just bricked my old APU with the package installation before 2.4.4 upgrade.
Now on another unit that successfully upgraded to 2.4.4.
The question is now how can I restore the unit from my Gold AutoConfigBackup?
      Is this no longer possible?

        Sorry this happened to you.

If you navigate on the new install to Services -> Auto Config Backup.

On the First page (settings), click on the green button with the text Legacy "Gold" settings. You will need to input your old user name, and password/pass phrase.

When complete click on the Restore tab, click the green button again and browse to the backup you would like to restore.

Phew - you really saved my day. It's hard to think straight when you have your users yelling at you. Restored the database to the new unit and all seems to be good.

          Thanks!

We have been there, I defiantly know what you are talking about.

Glad we were able to get you up and going quickly!

Please keep the device key in a safe off line storage location. You might need to restore from this at a later time.

Yeah, we have an SG-3100 inbound so I'll guess I will do a local backup now and then restore that onto the new unit when we get it.
