      If using pfsense with two broadband connections, can it load balance between the two to give you higher speeds when doing multiple uploads/downloads, or does it provide fail-over functionality only if one of the connections goes down?

        If you use a download manager like GetRight it will.

          However you configure it. (Both is possible)
