2.4.4 IPsec Logs

I recently upgraded to 2.4.4 on a SG-3100 and had the problem of not passing most traffic across the tunnels post-upgrade. Disabling Asynchronous Cryptography appears to have corrected that, but the logs are flooded with vici client connected / registered, request and disconnected entries. Is this normal under 2.4.4? All of the units still running 2.4.3 have what I would normally expect to see in an IPsec log. Below is a comparison.
