Two Mobile IPsec tunnels, One IP

Is there a way to have multiple mobile IPsec tunnels on a single public IP address? It should be theoretically possible (especially since it is possible to have multiple site to site configs), but I can't figure out how to do it in the pfsense interface.

If the interface doesn't support it, would it be possible to do with a custom racoon config? I don't really want to go this route, but if this can work maybe someone will hack it into the pfsense UI. I remember I used to hack racoon by hand many years ago, so I'm not afraid to give this a try.
