      Everyone let me ask is pfsense can use for ISP?
      I have a public IPv4 range, I want these IPv4 ranges to be managed by PFSense

        You can assign any IP you want to pfSense.
        https://www.netgate.com/docs/pfsense/book/interfaces/ipv4-wan-types.html

        Assign the main IP to the physical WAN interface and the others as virtual IPs of type "IP alias".
