After upgrade from 2.3.x to 2.4.4-RELEASE, when I save any interface change, my PPPoE client interface (VLAN) goes down, and it justo went back online with manual reconnect (Status > Interface > connect button). Someone else realized this behavior?

Here is the logs from the PPP down time:

Nov 16 00:03:01	ppp [opt1_link0] can't remove hook mpd4583-0 from node "[22d]:": No such file or directory
Nov 16 00:03:01	ppp [opt1_link0] PPPoE: can't connect "[22d]:"->"mpd4583-0" and "[23f]:"->"left": No such file or directory
    Nov 16 00:03:01	ppp [opt1_link0] Link: reconnection attempt 11
    Nov 16 00:02:56	ppp [opt1_link0] Link: reconnection attempt 11 in 4 seconds
Nov 16 00:02:56	ppp [opt1_link0] LCP: Down event
Nov 16 00:02:56	ppp [opt1_link0] Link: DOWN event

Same problem here since 2.4.4. PPPoE over VLAN.
Most of the time I have to reboot after a change.
