Vlans not syncing in HAproxy

I have created Some vlans and have release DHCP and have configured a trunk in an L3 switch. The network part is fine and the internet is working in all the vlans. Now I am trying to configure High availability. But the VLans are not syncing to the backup firewall. Should I configure Vlan and VIP for every vlan in the backup firewall too.
