Install older package version

I have a box running 2.4.3-p1 that I am waiting for 2.4.4-p1 before upgrading it.

In the meantime, I need to install HAProxy.

When I install the listed version (0.59_14), I get an error about the getarraybyref() function missing.

Based on the change log of HAProxy package, i see why this is happening.

Is there a way to install a previous package version?

You need to at least be on 2.4.4 to use packages.
