      i am running pfsense 2.3.5-RELEASE (i386) on physical maching with following configuration.
      WAN1 ip= 192.168.18.17/24
      WAN2 ip= 192.168.20.3/24
      LAN ip= 192.168.22.1. (DHCP enabled)

      i hv configured load balancing on pfsense.

      i am facing an issue, whenever i m trying to rename a client on Lan side of pfsense i got following errors:-
      A duplicate (possibly shorter netbios) name exists on network"........

      further 2 errors are also shown in "event viewer" on clients computers.

      The name "ABC1 :0" could not be registered on the interface with IP address 192.168.22.15. The computer with the IP address 192.168.20.3 did not allow the name to be claimed by this computer.
      The name "ABC1 :0" could not be registered on the interface with IP address 192.168.22.15. The computer with the IP address 192.168.18.17 did not allow the name to be claimed by this computer.

      Client side configuration:

      ip = 192.168.22.51 etc
      gateway '= 192.168.22.1
      dns = 192.168.22.1

      plz help me in this regards.

      Thanks

            Have had well over a year to move to 2.4.. If you actually followed the news about the firewall you were using that more like 2 years notice that 2.3 and i386 was on its death bed..

            I would make sure you backup up your config and yes move forward with 64bit 2.4.4...
