CARP: Web GUI on backup slow but only from LAN, WAN is fine

Hi,

I have set up CARP which works just great.
There is just one annoying effect:
When I login from LAN network on the Web GUI of backup node, its terrible slow.
But if I login through WAN interface on the Web GUI of the same backup node it works normally fast.
The GW of my LAN is the CARP vIP.

EDIT: I can ping backup node, and I get almost the same latency like on primary.

You need to access the secondary on its address that is directly on the network you are connecting from else you have an asymmetric routing situation.
