      Hello all,

I need to do a fresh install on my VK-T40E Router, I have a 30GB SSD  installed. This was bought from the Pfsense Store.

Any idea how this can be done? I'm new to be honest but learning fast.

      thank you
      Brock.

If you bought it from the store complete you can access the custom re-install image at the support portal.
Open a support ticket if you need help with it.

What if you don't have a link in your Active Resources?
I was trying to do an in-place upgrade but some thing happened and now I get Fatal error: Call to undefined function xml_parser_create() … line 204. It's a PHP error. So I thought lets just reinstall pfSense. I tried the Download, Install, Netgate ADI. Wrote it to a USB flash drive using Rufus. It begins to boot then hangs. So I did a search of the forum and came across this.
          How do I move forward?

VK-T40E is not ADI. It's switching to a console on com2 and appears to hang when you're looking at com1.

You need to use the memstick-serial install image. Such as:
            https://nyifiles.pfsense.org/mirror/downloads/pfSense-CE-memstick-serial-2.3.2-RELEASE-amd64.img.gz
