      Hi Sir's,

I'm having trouble getting IP address in WAN side after installing PfSense on my new bought mini PC X30G-N2810. Here's my setup:

Modem huawei b315s-936 -> Mini PC X30G-N2810 -> Laptop (for testing)

      Please help me.

Power cycle your modem and try again. It may be bonded to the MAC of your previous router.

That's probably not your issue. What do your logs say when trying to fetch an address?

Use you laptop in place of pfsense wan and see if it works directly.
                Is this dhcp? pppoe?

@netblues Yes it works directly from modem to laptop. yes dhcp. here's my setup: MODEM------>PFSENSE WAN (no wan ip received), PFSENSE LAN------>LAPTOP

I'm using Mini PC X30G-N2810 as pfsense with 2 embeded realtek lan port!![0_1545369087154_HTB1aw4jXorrK1RkSne1q6ArVVXaD.jpg](Uploading 100%)

Did you uncheck the Block private networks and loopback addresses in the Interfaces / WAN tab?

So no issue with mac address and need to spoof it too. Do a packet capture on your wan and see what is going on

What do you mean "no logs"??? Status - System Logs - DHCP. All DHCP client messages are logged there. You're saying there is nothing at all?

Also, what do you mean by "I can't capture packets"??? Diagnostics - Packet Capture. The tools are there. Use them.
