And what are you rules on this 192.168.2.x interface on pfsense,
Do you have any floating rules?
So your trying to Remote desktop from network A, to network B.. I can almost promise you that the destination windows machine local firewall will block that out of the box.Did allow for that? Same goes for ping!
Pfsense does not nat between local networks.

Your lan rules only allow access to port 334?? 80 and 22?? And only to the LAN address? So why would you think it could get to 3389?
And you have any any on your WAN?? Yeah that is NOT a smart idea..

Where exactly is this 10.x network somewhere out the wan? What is the network on this wan this 10.x ?? Why not show the whole address its rfc1918 for gosh sake.
BTW what version of pfsense is that - it sure not current...
