Everytime I create a block/reject rule with a specific port, it defaults to any port...

Everytime I create a rule to block/reject a specific port, whether it be on the WAN, or LAN, after save, on the rules view page, it shows * for the port, when I open the rule, it shows any for the port, and if I re-select the port and save, it continues to say * on the rules view, and when I open, any...
I am not sure what I am doing wrong, any ideas?

Post some screens to show what you're seeing.

your rule is saying ANY to port.. Well how is that support to work... Set your dest port on the LEFT side... If you have a rule that is custom from port X to Y then X on left, Y on right, etc.
-
It does also clearly state "Specify the destination port or port range for this rule. The "To" field may be left empty if only filtering a single port."

doh, I thought the from port was the source port for some reason, thank you guys so much for your help

The clients would pick a random src port and the dst is fixed, as the servers listen on specific ports for the services.
-
Source port if EVER needed... Which is going to be RARE!!! would be done in the source section under advanced...
Source port "almost" always going to be any.

Gotcha! Thank you guys!
