How to move PCIe standoffs on sg4860?

Hello!
I want to install a half-length mini PCIe wifi card in my sg 4860, but the pre-installed standoffs are positioned at the full-length holes. See image. Are they movable? They seem very tightly in place. Do I need to buy new standoffs? Also, the color is good by the empty holes, while being silver but the standoffs. Significant?

I have never seen anyone move the standoffs.
