    Can't update 2.4.4p2 - doesn't seem to exist? (SOLVED)

      Exactly the same hare, on 3 different installations on different providers:

      Fetching pfSense-kernel-pfSense-2.4.4_2.txz: . done
      pkg-static: https://pkg.pfsense.org/pfSense_v2_4_4_amd64-core/All/pfSense-kernel-pfSense-2.4.4_2.txz: Operation timed out
      Failed)
      

      It seems to be a DNS issue:

      nslookup pkg.pfsense.org 8.8.8.8
        Server:         8.8.8.8
        Address:        8.8.8.8#53
      
        Non-authoritative answer:
        *** Can't find pkg.pfsense.org: No answerde
      

      while

            @chrismacmahon Even without A/AAAA records there are issues with the update/packages server today anyway.
