    Firewall stopped forward packets on upgrade from 2.4.4-p1 to 2.4.4-p2.

      Firewall stopped forward packets on upgrade from 2.4.4-p1 to 2.4.4-p2. Turned out that it was a orphaned client rule from two version back.
      Symptom was no traffic passing, disable and enable the WAN interface and traffic would flow for a short period. Once I deleted the client entry traffic started to flow. it looked like PFsense was trying to rout traffic over the disabled VPN
