Hi I want to install pfsense on ubuntu or on centos, but what I can see it is not possible . I have to install it for a data centre on hardware. Is there any documentation available online?

      I am new to pfsense

Not sure where you got the idea that you install pfsense on some OS... Pfsense is a distro of freebsd that has been optimized to be a firewall/router/utm setup..

Yes there is HUGE amount of documentation... Its really hard to find... They hide the big red get started button on the front of their home page

Is it possible I can install Pfsense in redhat virtualization manager? I can see I can create freebsd virtual machine, but it doesn't mean freebsd os comes with Pfsense?

pfSense is an OS itself. It is FreeBSD customized and optimized to be a firewall. Simply set the virtual machine's OS parameter to FreeBSD 11 (or whatever value is available) and then proceed to install a pfSense image. Again, pfSense is an OS. You don't install it on top of any other operating system.
