Smart Phones and PCS does not access internet under ipsec tunnel (remote gateway

Dear Guys,

I setup ipsec for remote access via smartphones and laptops and everything works fine, but when I access the Internet from a smartphone or laptop with VPN enabled the device uses the internet under 3g / 4g network and does not use the internet under the company. I know this because after enable vpn I go on any website that shows my IP and unfortunately did not get the IP of the company's internet.
