I don't think so, because youtube intentionally forms their urls as random bits of data.

        As an example...

This is the fortnite player guy NINJA:
        https://www.youtube.com/user/ninja

        This is his channel:
        https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAW-NpUFkMyCNrvRSSGIvDQ

This is one of his videos:
        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wjCrV4K7bko

See what I mean? In pfsense you can actually block entire domains and sub-domains, so the top 2 examples you could do. In the last example, the video would still be able to be played because the url contains nothing that you set in the top two examples.

Are you trying to block channels from say kids or relatives or employees? If so, I don't think you're going to have much luck, honestly.

I haven't used this myself, so don't know to what level you can program it, but you might be able to use the parental controls Youtube offers:

            https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Nf8GTIV4so

This might only apply to a logged-in youtube account, and it's only useful in the browser that it's turned on for.

How old are your kid(s)? There's a specific Youtube Kids app, if we're talking youtube on a mobile device. I think that one's pretty strict on the content, based on the date of birth you program into the app.
