P-662HW-D1 and pfsense ipsec configuration

i have two networks

primary network - lan ip 10.0.0.2-10.0.0.255 netmask 255.0.0.0 => pfsense
second network - lan ip 192.168.1.1 => P-662HW-D1 zyxel

two network cannot work ipsec
