Realtek RTL8111H drivers for FreeBSD

I am a unix/linux novice.
I built a router using a motherboard with the model number ASUS H110T/CSM.
The WAN network adapter is a Realtek RTL8111H.
The LAN network adapter is an Intel I219-LM
Both network adapters SHOULD be able to connect at gigabit speeds.
The Intel adapter connects to my LAN at 1 gigabit speed.
The Realtek adapter connects to the WAN at 100 megabit speed.
My ISP provides 150 megabit service. However, since my WAN interface is limited to 100Mb... I only get 100 Mb.
How can I install a driver in FreeBSD so that my Realtek RTL8111H ethernet adapter will connect to my modem at 1 gigabit speed?

IMHO, get a different motherboard that does not have RealTek NICs. You might find a driver, but I’ve always found that RealTek NICs are more problem than good.

Certainly if it's for anything mission critical, I agree. For my home use though I have been running Realteks for years (using the latest Realtek drivers) without any issues. That said it is of course a ymmv situation. I believe the CI323 Nano boxes I use have 8111Es; I can't speak to the 8111H specifically. Could always just get Intel cards if your onboard Realteks give you grief too.

I have had RealTek NICs lock up pfSense and ESXi even though they weren’t being used. So I have been burned in the past and am somewhat jaded. Hence my going in recommendation to avoid at all costs.

What modem? Does your modem have a gigabit port or just 10/100?

What modem? Does your modem have a gigabit port or just 10/100?
This is a very good point. Are you completely certain that, even though your ISP claims to provide you with 150Mbps, that they also provided you with equipment capable of it? Can you give the model number of your modem? Additionally, I'd be a little surprised - though not completely shocked - if the built-in driver were preventing you from linking at 1Gbps. Is the cable connecting the pfSense WAN port to the modem at least CAT5e?

You have a 1GB capable switch somewhere ?
Put it between your modem and pfSense and check link speed again, both WAN cables.
