        1. This forum is specifically for asking questions related to the forum software itself. That's why it's called Forum Feedback. If you have a general question about pfSense, the best place to ask those would be the General pfSense Questions forum.

        2. Firewall rules allow or deny access. They don't introduce packet loss.

        3. Your problem seems to be several hops upstream so I'm not sure what you think pfSense can do about that.
